It's definately been worth me dropping a polite email to the MD of a company. I expressed my disappointment in having an online order worth £25 cancelled and they phoned me and have also sent me £75 worth of product which I received today.

No, I've had exams this week and some bad news uni-wise so it'd slip my mind to be honest.

Did you get chance to email the MD yet? Mine was a shop that sells perfume.

 

I've also today emailed the MD of Sainsburys complaining politely as one item I buy has gone up 50% and another one 10%. Already had a reply to say they will get back to me.
