I'm hoping that one of you lovely Omleteers can help me!

I was at someone's house earlier & saw a print of a map of St Ives (Cornwall). It was in the style of Where's Wally with an incredible amount of quirky detail in it. It had silly details in it such as 3 witches in the churchyard of the church & a man with a rowing boat pulling someone on waterski's. Plain silly! In the corner was the name J (or T?) A Stewart. However I've tried every combination of words on Google to come up with a result but have had no luck. My Coz thought that this may have been in a Cornwall tourism book a few years ago.

Does anyone know anything to help me?

Do you know what - I think my mum had that picture once - or I did. Don't know what happened to it!

*shrieks* Find it! Find it!

 

I was thinking as a last resort to borrow it, take it out it's frame, get it scanned & return it; however, it came with the house, which is rented, so don't want to have an accident & leave the tenant in trouble

 

I could always burgle it

Have you tried phoning/emailing the St Ives tourist office?

I rang the library, all the local bookshops, county library; the tourist place was shut! Then a bloke from the Town Council rang to say that he thinks they're in a local gallery. I will be investigating tomorrow

Thinking about local galleries...did you check the back of the frame?

If the picture was bought, ready framed, from a gallery, then they will probably have a sticker/label on the back.
