Really happy as intros going really well.

Recommended Posts

Been keeping the new girls in a separate run and divided cube house for bedtime but my oldies didn't seem to acknowledge they were there. So over the weekend I did some supervised FR, only one squaring up - from Henrietta of course - but new girl held her own.

Holly and Ivy are settling In well, they have had a lot of change what with being sent back to the breeder, quaranteened and then to me so they are a little bit nervous still but eating and drinking fine.

Anyway tonight I decided to be brave and remove the divider, had to lift the new girls in as they havent got the hang of the ladder yet BUT I have just been out to check and all 9 are snuggled up together :D So sweet.

Hope this isn't the calm before the storm!

Glad to hear it is all going well.

After disastrous intro last year, before I really knew what to expect, I am feeling much more confident this time around.

They are a worry arnt they, they don't like being alone, but are so horrid before they make friends. Keep us updated, it's always reassuring to know how others are getting on.

Me too..My girls are seperate in 2 WIRs close together , the screaming has stopped

and while they are seperate they are fine ignoring each other most of the time....2 weeks in and they were let out (new girls first ) and then the "oldies" ..fine while the mealworms were scattered and then my Lovely oldie Poppy who is an angel :wink: let rip .Oh my word ,she went for little Rose and so that was it .Poppy was put on the noughty step :shameonu: I think it was too soon so now they are being let out an hour at a time each . We ahve a sliding door between the 2 WIRs ..not sliding yet
