Minty_76
Hi all I am looking to cover my bare earth run (covered with an Omlet plastic cover) and came across easichick which my local horsey place sells. Has anyone used it in their covered run? I would probably put some sort of barrier around the run to keep it in place. What do you think? Patricia W
I don't know easichick, but use aubiose in my covered eglu run which is on bare earth if that it similar. It's great.
Duncan08
I use easibed which is the horse version in my covered run and it works a treat. I added gravel as a layer over the bare earth to help with drainage then a thick layer of the easibed over the top. the girls have mixed it all up now, but it stays nice and dry. To keep everything in I recycled some plastic soffits we had left over when we build the extension.
Minty_76
Thanks guys. The run today is a pond and the poor girls are paddling! I will sort it out at the weekend and put some gravel down and easichick or whatever I can find. Good thinking!
