Qute problems

Recommended Posts

Anyone else having problems with the shoddy Qute? I've got 2 rescue hammies - one from a nursery school and one who had been manhandled by young kids. I thought that the Qute would be the answer as my boys only do handling on their terms. After a couple of months both Qutes are both falling to pieces - the bars are getting detached , the wheel is grinding on the bars and making a mound of orange powder, that's after the initial extra sendouts. The price is a total rip off for a very cheap badly made product.

Hope that isn't a description of the 2 Qutes you're selling in the Marketplace :lol: .

Caveat emptor!

Cripes, I hope that you are going to edit your listing to ensure that it fairly describes the condition of these Qutes. I agree with louisewomble that if you are not happy about the build quality the first port of call should be Omlet.
