chickencam
I agree with Ubereglu when they are a little older getting them to assemble their own pizzas and decorate their own ice cream with fun sprinkles is good fun. We also had a dressing up party when ED was 12 where we bought loads of weird and wacky clothes from a car boot sale and gave them themes to dress up to, they then made up their own and took photos, they had a huge laugh doing it and our younger two were able to join in too. We still have a great stock of clothes and accessories for when they come home from school saying it is a so and so themed day tomorrow . Only last week ED (18) wore a snazzy purple and black witches hat for her leavers assembly
craftyhunnypie
If you can find a Thorntons Outlet shop near you - they had little cube animal boxes. Inside are choc buttons, white choc buttons, fudge cubes, choc raisins & a fondant mouse. They are only about £1.30 . If it's a little party they are worth buying, as by the time you've bought the party bag tat - it soon adds up. Emma.x
sage
Many thanks for all the suggestions. I think and order from the book people is a great idea. Sage
