Ruari now beside himself with excitement at his pending hol on Tuesday. I've assured him it'll now be extra safe, but all he is concerned about that no one delays his flight......and woe betide anyone who does..."the wrath of Ruari" eeeek

Also the maternity unit there is where I trained and worked for 10 years - the mat unit is right next to the Dr. and nurse accomodation where they have carried out 3 controlled explosions today.

 

God bless the people who were giving birth!

Mind you they would have shut the unit wouldnt they?

we get customers leaving their trolleys of bags outside the car hire hall and yesterday we had an ...erm... interesting moment.

 

Just as one of my rental agents was going out for a cig with me she piped up

"why are people so stupid to lea.....Oh hello - it's yours, probably not best to leave these unattended what with everything going on at the minute..."

Just made me think that some people have no perception of whats going on

 

She then went blood red and we walked far from the building!

 

I don't like driving past the police with guns at the minute - or walking past them in the terminal building either
