We ordered a 6-8 chicken coop (made to order) from their display of houses as our coop was getting a bit worn. It was not what we ordered when it arrived and trying to get it rectified has been a nightmare. A 6-8 bird coop will not sit on one perch (the one they have on show has 2 perches) and it was smaller. The owner kept promising he would come and sort it and after the sixth time of waiting in after "I'll be up this afternoon", I gave up. He then cut off all my calls but my OH called him from work and went to collect a second perch. No apology, no assistance - buy a coop from a reputable supplier.
