Angie
I have ordered a 36cm long 4mm tunisian crochet hook to have a go at tunisian afghan crochet, sort of knitting with a crochet hook, seen it on utube when hunting for knooking . So going to find a book or a pattern and try it.Anyone doing it already ?

Angie
Thank you .I am eager to give it a go and hunt down a few patterns. Crochet is less painful on my hands, but i have seen a knittingaid for hand support for arthritis sufferers and i am thinking of buying one. I prefer to knit in the round where i can , as i use knit pro circular needles, much comfier on the hands.

ems
Very quick in such chunky thick cotton! I used this yarn .. DY321 Thick Cotton from here.. http://www.texere-yarns.co.uk/texereshop/Dye_Yourself_cotton_yarns.html and dyed it I think I chained 10, and then when I had done a few rounds.. whenI bound off I just went all the way round the edge picking up a stitch as if to bind off so you get that pretty chain all the way round the edge
