Any ideas what this is or what may have caused it please? One of mine developed these when she was young and I took her to the vet's thinking she had a fungal infection - it's just normal earlobe development as Tweety says (not at all embarrassing for me ...) If not it could be a cyst, if she is off colour in any other way I'd take her to the vet. If it is the same then she is a hen with big ears!
