chickensaregreat
Hi, I was just wondering whether anyone can help, I have just redone the ground in the chicken run with sort of grates and gravel to make to drain better. But a while ago on here I saw someone had made a sort of grill of grass for the birds to peck at without getting the grass seed out. I have been trying to look for it but I can't seem to find it! I was just wondering if anyone knew where the post was or if anyone knew anything about it, Thank you in advance

HennyPenny59
This stuff looks great, but is it hard or soft? Just wondering if it could damage the hens toes whilst they try and scratch down to the earth. Also, how much per metre is it from Homebase? zakjon-98
Can't remember the price but you have to buy lots of pegs to peg it down properly It won't hurt the chickens toes to scratch as it's bendy plastic. http://club.omlet.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=74505 I used the same mesh that's in this post
