A long story but I'm starting from scratch again, am purchasing a wooden hen house and have a new garden. So I can get a few ideas on how I should set up my new girls' to be new home, I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a post that has pics of owners' set ups ie runs, ideas etc? jackian Posted October 13, 2012 Share Posted October 13, 2012 I looked for Hayleybugs link but could not find it but |I have 2 wooden coups as we brought a second one for intros. Ours is not anything special but we have made it as safe as possible and our girls have not complained yet, It is divided into two with a hatch door in the middle which is now always open .The door is there to pull down if we suddenly had to seperate them for any reason . Ours is 6m x 6m and 6f high but they FR when we are home. At the moment we have 3 girls having lost 2 in the last 2 years and are going to add another 2 in the new year as we are in the middle at the moment of opening up more of the garden.
