Chicken catches sparrows!!!

I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced their chickens catching sparrows?

One of my girls has done it twice now and it is an awful sight and also impossible to retrieve the poor thing from her. The first occasion was while she was free ranging and the second was when we put up a run for her to be in (and the sparrow had flown in) so keeping her in a run had not helped and we chose to keep her free ranging and the sparrows seem to have more of a chance!
