My daughter gave me a spaghetti attachment for my pasta machine for Christmas so I will try that out, and my son's girlfriend is coming round for supper, she does not eat meat so I am making a roasted pepper sauce to go with the spag. Anyone on here make their own pasta? And have you tried making it with flours other than the 00 pasta flour? I would be interested to know, because I would like to experiment. New spaghetti attachment worked well with the pasta rolled not too thinly.
