Hi

 

I don't have that particular WIR, I have the Buckland from the same company and am very pleased with it.

 

It was relatively easy to put together, lovely smooth wood, all edges etc finished nicely and delivery was within three days.

 

The only thing I would add is that I ordered the run, rang for 2 days trying to get through with no luck and eventually left a message. I got a call back within 30 mins to say it would be there today in about one hour's time! Luckily I had someone at home.

 

The delivery man was extremely helpful.

I'm considering the CWC for my new WIR - however another member (good_egg) is having some dreadful communication issues with them at the moment where they aren't getting back to her at all after a couple of weeks of her trying (maybe longer?)

 

Think this is something to consider because customer service is always important I won't order from them unless I can get in touch and speak to something to make sure everything goes smoothly.

They have finally responded to my stalking and e-mailed me with an answer to my query - woo hoo! However, by stalking I mean phone calls (almost daily) leaving messages and all of my phone numbers, e-mails, web messages, twitter - pretty much everything. It has taken almost a month to respond to a "how tall" question, but when they did respond they were very helpful! We are now quite torn between ordering from and the alternative of getting one built locally. The major concern would be contacting them if anything went wrong........ The advantage they appear to make good runs and they are chicken specific instead of using a shed company....... Keep us posted with your decision! You too Mrs_B!!

Was 99% decided to buy this but they just won't respond to emails! (replied to 1st, so know its correct, but 2 weeks since follow up question and no reply)

Anyone know of any other similar designs (ie solid pitched roof).

it's very frustrating isn't it!! I have actually looked at getting local shed company to design... Have you looked at Wells Poultry - they had similar looking designs.... Or flyte so fancy have a transparent roof
