Omlet cube and run

We had three hybrid chickens in an Eglu and extended run previously . We are thinking of getting bantams and wondered about four . I would be interested to know what other people think and their experiences? If I get three I think one is always left out - so was thinking of four ? What do you think ?

don't know about space, but 4 is a nice number - it's how many hens we have.... that said they often pair up 3 & 1 so there is still an odd one out!

I used to keep up to 6 poland bantams in a classic with extended run, although they did have the run of a netting pen most of the time as well. 4 bantams should be OK. Another classic and extended run used to house a pair of polands full time and that was a dream, they had plenty of space and the ground was never poached.

I have two Classic Eglu's inside a large WIR. We currently have five Bantams and two regular hens and one large Orp. At night all 8 chickens happily put themselves to bed in just one of the Eglus . They even do this in summer when it's warm at night .
