Lemon curd and brioche recipe needed

I have half a small jar of homemade lemon curd that needs using up and some brioche buns that are a little dry ( LMW made them a couple of days ago and hasn't eaten all of them)Anyone got a fool proof recipe for using them up?

 

If the recipe has eggs in it mustn't be too eggy or Mr W won't eat it ( sounds daft I know on a chicken keeping forum :lol: )

I made a kind of bread and lemon curd pudding. I ripped the buns up, dolloped lemon curd on the bits, made a two egg custard mix up (no added sugar) tipped the custard over the buns and lemon curd combo. I chucked it in the oven for half an hour. Served with ice cream. Declared a success and not too winter puddeny. I have to say the lemon curd was very lemony.
