Angie
Yes it is a green one. Sorry should of said, I am finding i like mine with lots of ice atm with it being so hot. I too am missing chewing. It doesn't seem right to just drink. It isn't like dieting at all and i'm not hungry or craving, but i am missing a coffee on a morning . Angie
Day 6 of the 10 day plan. Green is improving and 3.7kg lost. Having juice and evening salad or soup, it is actually easier now i know what i'm doing. How are you all doing ?
quickcluck
goodness. well done!!!! I have lost a meagre 4lbs.... what am I doing wrong! You're on as many meds as me so can't be that!
Angie
No idea , i eat an evening meal as much to the plan as i can, i prefer the salads and soup (green soups). I find the fruit bakes far too sweet. And i'm drinking lots of water and a coconut water daily. A daily walk and at least 1 green juice at lunch time. I much prefer the morning glory but with only one lemon, two is two bitter for me. And i try to keep busy on an evening even knitting as thats when i think about food.Ha ha.

I want food to chew.
