It all kicked off in our village last night through a village Facebook page, we have a BBC TV presenter living in our village he presents a programme on day tame telly anyway he had a huge party last night very loud music fireworks wouldn't turn it down when asked and resulted in the police being called after midnight. Luckily we could hardly hear the music but I was reading the comments etc (as you do) and saw this .....

 

it's not so much the music that's bothering us, more the weird yappy creature that's being wound up by it. sounds like an angry monkey, somewhere in a garden between hallatrow road & farrington road! '-/

 

I thought oh heck was that one of my Pekins as we are in that area, would her voice carry that far it was posted at about 10pm ? And I was sure they had gone in plus we couldn't hear the music, the more I think about it the more it cant have been her but still had me worried, on the plus side I noticed that Prilly hadn't gone in and she seemed to have something wrong with her legs,she spent a night in a cat box in my room and is 100% fine today so must have been cramp ??

Sounds more like a small dog. We're all paranoid, aren't we . Were you aware of her squawking? If you couldn't hear the music, it seems unlikely that someone who could would have heard her over it.
