Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

On return from my holiday my husband was very excited too show what he had made whilst I was gone.....

 

We originally bought a Go with run but soon afterwards upgraded to a WIR we used the sides to protect the exposed side of the run, we used a one corner bits to create food and water holders, the top to protect vegetables and we had a couple of smaller bits left over

 

They have now been used in his new computer to support graphics cards etc.....he is very happy with his new build ....

 

Guess that is recycling...

Very inventive . I've currently got the door end of my old Omlet run attached to the top of my garden gate to try and prevent foxes jumping over it!

When not in use to take the hens out for the day (as I did on Saturday), the Omlet run door lies over the pond to stop the cats drinking out of it, and two of the run panels are protecting the bit of lawn that I'm going to reseed. Might as well do something with it while it's not in use!
