Chicken bald back

Sorry, I have a poop question Just cleaned my girls and across the roosting bars was a large poop (30cm) that was really fibrous. Looked like it was a small piece of rope to start with but looks like it definitely came out of one of the chooks.

 

Any idea what caused this? One of them has been a bit off recently after having sour crop, don't know if it was related to that? No idea what it was she's been eating though, grass maybe?? Very strange.

I'd have taken it apart It could have been some rope. I quite often shout don't....................too late

I did break it up (wearing gloves...) but it was just made of fibre type stuff. I agree with ANH, probably grass, but wow that must have taken some passing!
