I rang omlet and left two messages on their fone to which no one replied, I rang them again to speak to a rather 'shirty' lady who told me they were still wading through their messages and they would have got back to me 'eventually' she was rather curt on the phone with me and made me feel a nusience. I still ahvent recieved my parcel so i have emailed this time as i really didnt want to speak with her again, and again havent had a reply... Come on Omlet these people represent you , I appreciate that you are busy, but you are letting the regular customer who supports you all the way , down. xx Thankyou, had to get that off my chest...............
