Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Sorry to hear that SarahJo, I hope that you get good advice.

 

Most solicitors will offer a free half an hour of advice and be able to give you an idea of where you stand and what actions you need to take. My advice would be to work out as much as you can between yourselves if possible, and just use the solicitors for the bits you need; they can be prohibitively expensive.
