What are these l brackets for

Hi

 

I dont know if this is normal behaviour but I'm sure they never used to do it.

 

Recently quite a few of mine have started shaking themselves, a bit like a wet dog does. They do it alot when i let them out of their run to free range, but what does it mean?

 

I cant see any lice, could it be a preening thing now its spring esp as we have a cockerel now?

 

Any ideas?

My lot do it when I handle them, as if they are saying "ewwww must rid myself of nasty human germs".

My lot sometimes do this in the mornings when they've just come out of the cube. I think they shake themselves awake Also after a dust bath or preening, I think it's just a shake up

Yup, mine do it too. Carol also wags her tail like a dog .
