When we went to complain they took us in to a back office, all along the walls were 'motivational' posters for the staff that said things like 'stand firm on price, the customer wont get a better offer elsewhere and we know that' 'don't take nonsense from customers, we know best' etc etc. Really shocking and arrogant slogans etc. Dreadful.
