Purplemaniacs
I only ever buy on ebay and I have never had any problems. But I bought some fuchsia plants in March from a man who was quite local and asked if we could collect when they were ready. Yes no problem he said end of April they would be ready. So as requested I paid by Paypal and he said he would message me when they were ready. I have heard nothing more from him. I have been rather busy so suddenly thought that I had not heard from him, I have sent him a message through ebay and he has not replied. I paid at the beginning of March. Not sure what to do now. I will be really cross if I don't get the fuchsias but if it isn't soon they will not have enough time to grow to make a good display for the summer. Any advice from the more experienced ebay omleteers. Thanks Chrissie
Ain't Nobody Here
I would send him another message saying if you don't hear from him you'll have no choice but to open a case against him.
Cinnamon
I am not sure of the actual time limits, but there are restrictions as to how late after a sale you can open a case. Personally I would attempt to open one right now. You will be kicking yourself if you leave it another week & it is then too late! Once the case is open it takes another week or so before you are refunded, so don't concern yourself that things will happen instantly. That said, if a longish time has passed, which in this case it has, it may be quicker???
Purplemaniacs
Thanks ANH and Cinnamon. It must have been the Omlet vibes but he has now replied full of apologies for the delay. Chrissie
