4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

A couple of months ago I had a couple of rotten eggs from one of my girls that I just put down to the eggs maybe being old or slightly cracked. But I've had a couple more now that couldn't have been more than 2 weeks old. They're really dark inside and the smell is awful. Is there anything that could be wrong with her that's causing it? Or any reason they might be going off so quickly? I have 3 girls and it's only my blue egg layer that's having the problem.

She might have some sort of internal infection going on.

Are they very thin shelled eggs? I've had a problem with this once or twice, where (I assume) there was a hairline crack that I hadn't seen or perhaps the shell was just so thin that it wasn't keeping bacteria out.

Has she been wormed with Flubenvet recently Rabbitfluff? That can affect egg quality. I don't know how you store them, but if you wash egg and remove the sealer, which is the natural laying lubricant dried, the storage life is reduced considerably.

Thank you for the replies. The egg shells are quite thick and definitely unwashed - I'm far too lazy. They were wormed early in the year so I'm giving them another dose to see if that sorts it. Other than that I'll keep an eye on her and make sure I crack her eggs separately. The rotten one cost me 6 eggs in total last time.
