Chickabee
My girls are due for worming, but what do I do with the one with the chicks. Do I wait and worm her when I worm them? What age do chicks get wormed. Is it after they've been on growers for a little while? Plus I've got 2 Broodys will they eat enough pellets to get the benefit
Beantree
I'd worm the chicks at about 20 weeks, just before they come into lay. So you could use the premix Mariage's layers pellets. It is no good worming any chicken with Flubenvet pellets if they are not eating enough. So the mum will have to be wormed separately, when she has been removed from the chicks, and the broodies can't be wormed until they are back to normal. Chickabee
That's what I thought. My broodies are never back to bloomin normal. Don't really want to crate them as I usually let them get on with it, but maybe just this once it would be worth it. Or I'll do the mum and the other 2 broodies together after I've wormed the others
