jjiande Posted September 17, 2014 Share Posted September 17, 2014 Does anyone know anything about fitting an Eglu Go to a WIR? We have a 2 x 3m Omlet run. We got it in May 2013 so I'm assuming it's a Mark 1 (but I'm not sure). Currently we have a Solway recycled plastic mini hen loft in it - and 2 hens who free-range when we are around. I'm thinking about getting three more chickens and wondered about getting an Eglu Go with a 2m run for the newbies. If intros went well, in the longer term I'd ideally want to attach the Go run to the WIR so that they could all access it when I'm at work. Now, you can get a connector kit from Omlet for the Go into a WIR, but it says that it's not compatible with the WIR mark 1 and that you should contact Omlet if you are interested in doing this. I've e-mailed Omlet but haven't had a reply. I will try ringing them, but thought someone here might have more experience and be able to help. Thanks.
