Ain't Nobody Here
I've never heard of making cakes in a slow cooker but am tempted to try! *click*

Olly
Interesting - my slow cooker is really small and more of a deep pot so I don't know if it would work. I like the idea of an Aero bubble cake though!
Mrs Webmuppet
I'm not a fan of things mint flavoured but some of the other recipes look good.......I love my slow cooker .......I do steamed puds, pot roasts, pulled pork is amazing done in the slow cooker, just put the pork and spice mix in one those roasting bags and put some water in the slow cooker and leave all day. craftyhunnypie
I make my own pulled pork in the slow cooker too from our own pigs pork shoulders. I don't buy the spice mixes, I make my own smoked paprika sauce & pour it over the shoulder in the slow cooker. It's then cooked for 10 hours, after which the sauce is boiled up in a pan to reduce. The pork is pulled apart with 2 forks, which just falls off the bone & the sauce tossed through the pork. MMM mmm. Not heard of a cake in the slow cooker, but I'm sure I read somewhere that you can cook your Xmas puddings in a slow cooker? Emma.x
