I ticked the option that said I had a duplicate. I once had that with a big fluffy white cotton dressing gown that my dad bought me from John Lewis; it was ordered online and delivered to me. When I unwrapped it, the stitching down the side of one pocket was undone, or hadn't been stitched properly in the first place. I rang them up and explained the problem, and offered to return the dressing gown if they sent me a Freepost address.... they sent me a new one, and said to keep the old one.
