kinsk
So simple I can't believe it's taken me so long! Fry up some onions, tip in a tin of sardines in tomato sauce, a few capers and some cooked pasta! It's gorgeous! Can you tell it's the end of the months and the fridge is bare
Space Chick
Sounds a lovely frugal meal
Saronne
Been looking through my cupboard and found lots of tins of fish Think I'll try your pasta recipe!
kinsk
I think it's pushing it a bit to call it a 'recipe'
Saronne
It's got 'ingredients', you've given us a 'method' therefore it's a recipe - albeit, a simple one!
CatieB
Here is another similar "recipe". Fry up an onion and pieces or slices of courgette. Add tin of chopped tomatoes and a tin of tuna. Lovely as a pasta sauce.
Daphne
And another one - open tin of sardines (with or without tomato sauce), cook pasta, mix together with as much/little of the sardine oil as you like and add a clove of raw finely chopped garlic and some chili flakes If you aren't keen on raw garlic then you could quickly fry it, with the sardines and chili. Saronne
...and another 'recipe' Saute some lightly cooked chopped kale or broccoli with garlic and chilli flakes and a little bit of anchovy with oil (optional) mix in cooked pasta (I love linguine) and served with grated parmesan. Yum...
