snowflakefairy
Just wondering if anyone can remember the box letters on their walk in runs....A long shot I know! I ordered a 3 x 3 (2.7 x 2.7) walk in run, and Parcelforce have just delivered 6 out of 7 boxes, which have the follow letters A1 x 2, B, D, E, F. I'm assuming I'm waiting for box C to be delivered, but also a bit confused that we have 2 x A1's and thinking should one be an A2? Hopefully the 7th box will arrive tomorrow and isn't lost! Can anyone advise so I'm not worrying all night before I get to phone Omlet tomorrow
Ain't Nobody Here
Can't help with box numbers, I'm afraid but Omlet are usually extremely helpful on the phone so try not to worry all night . Welcome to the forum, by the way .
mullethunter
Hi Snowflake. I have a 3 x 2 but I'm afraid I can't remember the box numbers. I also had a box missing but Omlet put it right very quickly.
snowflakefairy
Many thanks for your replies I will call them tomorrow to see what's happening, hopefully they are correct & the missing one will arrive tomorrow....hoping to build the run this weekend...it'll be lovely not to have to crawl through 3 metres of regular run! Thanks again!
Mrs Nesbitt
I just built my 2 x 2 low rise yesterday and have just checked the manual for you as there's a list of all different size runs listed and which boxes come with which - for a 3 x 3 x 2 it says you should have 1 of each of the following: A1, A2, B, C, D, E, and F Hope that helps? Omlet are really helpful though - I had a couple of bungs missing and they were very apologetic and are sending some straight out to me Very jealous of a 3 x 3 but my plan is to extend once I've got some extra dosh!! snowflakefairy
Fab!! Thank so much for checking Mrs Nesbit , that's a great help! ! I guess that means they sent 2 A1's by mistake and I'm probably still waiting for the C....I'll call them in the morning and hope that they can get an A2 here by the weekend......fingers crossed. Hmmm Now just listening to the rain poor down and wondering how soggy the card board packaging is going to be! That's the great thing about them you can expand as and when funds allow I just had to take advantage of the current offer and it means the girls will have more space when we go on away and they can't free range. Thanks again, you're a star
Mrs Nesbitt
How did you get on Snowflakefairy??
snowflakefairy
They're sending me the missing A2 and collecting the extra A1 they sent by mistake And it should be here today! Box C hasn't yet arrived, so I'm hoping that it will turn up today too...fingers still crossed for the weekend build and dry days! Thanks again for your help, it meant that I definitely knew that I needed the A2 Can I ask how long your 2 x 2 took to put together?
Mrs Nesbitt
Ha! Well it definitely wasn't the time they claimed in the blurb!!! It was a good few hours but to be honest once I figured out exactly 'how' the poles and clips went it wasn't too bad and I probably sped up a bit... and it was just me doing it. It's not obvious to begin with how the poles and clips go but once you suss it, it's ok and very satisfying - I managed to get completely sunburnt though so don't forget sun cream!! If it's any help, poles go on the inside and the sticky out bit on the clips (will make sense when you see them!) point outwards for the mesh panels to fit into... at least that's what I did anyway!!! Have fun...! x
