Grandmashazzie
Oh dear tomorrow is my last morning of peace and quiet for a while. School ends at 12 tomorrow until Sept. I will be having endless battles with DD to put down that iPhone in spite of an ' agreed ' time limit each day. 3 foster children to amuse,no rain please, and 2 grandchildren when their mums at work. chickencam
Best of luck with that little lot I used to really look forward to the children breaking up, it was good just to mooch around with very little scheduled, was always glad when September came though Always had to play Alice Cooper's Schools out for summer, great feeling
The Dogmother
As a working single mum, it was always hard for me, as I had limited holiday to take. I relied heavily on the holiday camp at the local sports centre; I got 50% discount as a member there, they had the most amazing range of sports and craft activities, fed and watered them, took them swimming and Rosie always had a wonderful time. Grandmashazzie
Summer camps are great . DD and oldest started today. Second youngest could go but I don't think he could cope. Off to Cornwall 9th so I hope it cools down. We are at 21 and that is hot enough. We Northeners aren't used to high temps.
