Limping chicken

She has probably strained it. Examine her leg carefully, rotate the joints and compare the to the other leg. Feel down the leg for any swelling or hot spot, lastly, look at the bottom of her foot and see if there is an injury to the 'palm' of her foot.

 

If it seems to be just a strain, then isolate her somewhere that she has limited movement, and give her an Arnica pillule twice a day, see how it goes.
