dancing cloud
Yes, I know, it depends how long you can keep other people's sticky mitts off it ! It's for someone at work who's had a truly horrible year and who loves Prosecco, and I'm looking to make her a Prosecco jelly with some fruit added, but can't find how long I can keep it for. I was hoping to make it at the weekend for a lunch on Wednesday, would that be ok? I've never tried making one before and it has to be made with sugar-free jelly crystals as someone else is diabetic, so all hints and tips would be very welcome. For transport purposes, it will have to be made in one bowl, not individual glasses. Oddly, I can probably manage to dispose of the unused Prosecco all by myself, with no hints or tips whatsoever ... hic!
dancing cloud
Well I tried making this yesterday just to see what it would be like and it was a HUGE disappointment . Just an insipid strawberry jelly, nothing special at all. Glad I didn't waste any fruit in it. Think I'll just give the person the Prosecco next time
