TootsSweet
I am new to duck keeping. i have read books and research the ins and outs over the past couple of years and then at new year my husband bought me 6 eggs and an incubator. Only 3 out of the 6 were fertile and they are due to hatch in two weeks. So i am looking for the best house. I am pretty set on the eglu style over a wooden house for the ease of cleaning and the run seems the most fox proof out there. But i see that the omelet site only sells the classic house specifically for ducks. But could they be housed in a Go or even a cube if the stairs were changed to a ramp? is the classic the best house for them? any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. Chickabee
I have had experience of this. There's not enough room in the classic run for a paddling pool or similar. I have thought it through and for me I would get a walk in omlet run (you can get the lower height ones now), and a classic style wooden duck house. Rosa
I know is an old topic but what was the outcome of housing ducks in omlet's. Is the cube a good option for Campbells?
