AnnieW
Last month I think someone posted the weights of the different size eggs on here. Can anyone point me in the right direction? At the moment I don't think I have progressed beyond 'small' but ever the optimist. I have seen some scales advertised - Eggxact - www.scales-r-us.com/scales_info.php/products_id/986 has anyone tried them? I'm thinking of putting them on my Christmas list. And how do you clever people name a link to a website page without using the whole address - as above? Annie

And how do you clever people name a link to a website page without using the whole address - as above? Annie Hi Annie I have got some ordinary digital cooking scaels for weighing my eggs. my bantams weigh eggs around 40g, which take 2.5 minutes to soft boil. To get the url on the post so that you only see the word 'here'; 1. paste the url into the message 2. highlight the whole of the url and click on the url button at the top of the message window. 3. now here's the crafty bit... in the first url brackets, you need to put an = after the word url and before the bracket, then highlight and drag the url to after the = and before the bracket. Now type the word 'here' between the two sets of brackets, underline it or something to make it stand out. It should look like this, without the spaces. [ url=www.weblinkto go here ] [u ][b ]here[/b ][/u ] [ /url ] Have fun chook
