I had my featherweight and the Janome collected from my door and they were both serviced. Molly hadn't been used since 1992 and I was told how much a new motor would cost - but she didn't need it - she's perfect! Woot! They were both dropped back in today. I'm a very happy bunny. Apparently the guys enjoyed playing with the fancy stitches that the Janome does. When I used to take the Janome to Reading it was a nightmare of little roads and hoping I could park close enough to lug the monster to the shop. Then they kept it for weeks without any notification, although they did a nice job. Andover rang me yesterday to check if it was OK to bring back. Molly looks brand new!
