Guest
Hi I'm really hoping somone will be able to give us some advice! We bought our dwarf lop, Oakey, in July and he lived outside for the first few months but since the cold weather over the past couple of weeks we've brought him inside where he's living very happily in his eglu with free run of the living room. We're going on holiday in a couple of weeks and the only place we can find for him to stay is with my parents in their shed (they're more house-proud than us!!). He'll still have his eglu and run but will he be too cold?? We're worried that he'll have got used to the warmth of the house over the past couple of weeks and the cold might affect him. Any advice would be much appreciated as we're still very new to all this!!! Laura
Fleata
i'll bunny sit. but depends on where you are post your town. NOT YOUR ADDRESS and see if some one local can have him over your holiday.
Mrs Frugal
Yes, that's good advice Fleata. Just post which town you live in and then why don't you contact Barbara at Omlet with your e-mail address so that she can pass it on to anyone who is able to help. barbara@omlet.co.uk
The Dogmother
He won't be at all cold in the shed, but he may be missing the company if he doesn't have a bunny friend and he is used to human company. Let us know roughly where you live and i am sure that someone can help. My bunnies live outside, but I am sure that they would love a boyfriend for a short while! Guest
Thanks for all your replies and offers of help! We're only away for a few nights and he'll still have the company of my parents popping in to see him so it should be fine - just so long as he won't be too cold!!
