Shirl
Roughly what age should I expect my chooks to stop tweeting and sound more like chickens? The older one has been making the appropriate noises since I got her but the other 2 still tweet. I think the youngest was about 11 weeks when i got her 3 weeks ago. craftyhunnypie
WOnder if it's around 14 - 15 weeks as my Smartie the leghorn didn't cluck when I got her 2 weeks ago. She was 15 weeks. She is certainly making the right noises now! Emma.x
The Dogmother
It varies from one chook to the next, but around 14-16 weeks is average. I love the cheeping though.
