buffie
Now you all know by now I'm not great on a PC but I have managed to pop a few battery hen rescue day pics in the gallery. Sadly I have an album in Daisies album Don't now how to move it so unless a pant waver helps me it's stuck there for now Only a few pics as my camera died on the day but hope I can get some from Colin in the near future. It's a little something for now though BBx

Mrs Frugal
Oh Buffie, I'll be your mate! Well done Chuck ! I've sorted your photos for you and made a separate album - great pictures and what a wonderful feeling knowing those hens will be loved. Fleata
great pic buffie. i so wish i could rescue some myself, OH has sponsored me a hen from BHWT for a yule pressie, it'll have to do.
buffie
Oh that's just great. I have ordered cards Really the point of rescue is to raise awareness and get people to change shopping habits, when you sponsor a hen (which one?) you help support the trust and help them do their work. Have just got a big piece in our local mag about free range food and eggs in food. Named Ben and Jerry's and heinz so hope that will dent sales before xmas. Thanks for lovely response, was very busy so I didn't get great pics!! BBx
PurpleHen
What fantastic photos - only a few, but they don't half look scruffy compared to mine - even after a day choosing to be out in the wind and rain Look forward to more photos if you get them
buffie
I have just posted a couple of photos that Jane sent a while ago. I think this shows what a difference a hen goes through when given freedom and proper conditions. These are all considered good condition. Some hens are quite featherless and have dreadful injuries, quite shocking!! http://www.omlet.co.uk/club/gallery/view_album.php?set_albumName=album111 Dotty was rescued at a previous rescue, not the launch rescue in June.
