Clash City Rocker
Worcester City have been no better than Ordinary for the last couple of months. I go on holiday and they win all 4 matches (including away at the top team) while I'm away. Got back in time for yesterdays match "surprise surprise" they lose 3-0 at home. Should I stop going? gooner.girl
DH (the plastic Gooner) has predicted on Phil's behalf - he reckons he knows about football but always manages to fall asleep halfway through any matches he watches on telly... Clash City Rocker
"Ooops, word censored!"nal 3 WHU 1 Villa 1 Spurs 0 Fulham 1 Chelsea 3 Man Utd 4 B'ham 1 Boro 2 Everton 0 Wolves 1 Sheff Utd 2 Redditch 0 Worcester City 1 Bolton 2 Derby 1 Worcester V Redditch is a "local derby" (20 miles apart) most non league fixtures are "derby matches" over Christmas and New Year and quite often reversed home/away. Bank holiday matches are also usually also local affairs. Unlike the professional game, non league fixture organisers seem to understand that travelling fans don't need to be travelling all over the country at this time of the year.(unlike portsmouth V Boro or Chelsea V Newcastle) Worcester should win as I'm not going!!! off to Cheltenham Races with Mrs Clash
Martin B
Worcester should win as I'm not going!!! off to Cheltenham Races with Mrs Clash Not against the mighty Redditch United. I am only 10 mins in the car away from their stadium. Not bad for non-league either.

Guest
wasn't planning on doing predictions today/tomorrow... we don't normally do mid-week... but seems a popular idea - so, (other than husband of second-placed predictor last season seeming not quite as impartial as at first sight!!) will leave it as it is... here's hoping DH gets it right for me - though he seems to have failed already with the fulham score whilst his missus gets it spot on... hmmmmm..... Martin B
Really pleased to hear Fergie's comments on the United crowd. Everyone says it is a great atmosphere at Old Trafford but when I have been it has been "Ooops, word censored!"! I hate it when commentators say the atmosphere is bound to be electric, it is not electric and it has never been electric. Like fergie said ' it is like a funeral'. Will shut the Man Utd fans up for a while anyway!
