Sp77
Hi all i am getting 5 or 6 silkies they are not bantams but bearded silkies. What size eglu would people recommend? I worry about the cube being too big? And if any one has the base measurements of the stand of the cube and go up that would be amazing thanks Siân 🙂

If you are set on at least 5 silkies, I would definitely go for a Cube instead of a Go Up. Do please also consider run size when you decide on the number of chickens. Large fowl chickens will benefit from at least 1 m2 per chicken. But more is always better.
mullethunter
Definitely don’t worry about the Cube being too big. They’ll snuggle together if they’re ever cold. I agree with Cattails, the Go Up would be a squeeze
