Adam JN
One of my 1 year old speckledy backyard chickens has had diarrhoea for 6 months and I can't successfully treat it. It has caused her to lose all her feathers below her vent. She is overweight compared to the other 4 birds which are all healthy and have no digestive problems. She eats, drinks and lays with no problem. I have treated for coccidiosis and worms, have tried pro-biotics, tonics and acv. I have changed her diet to remove any corn treats and feed her just layer pellets. They are free range on my lawn and eat lots of grass. Any advice or suggestions would be most welcome? Cat tails
What have you wormed her with? Some hens might just have muckier bottoms than others. You can always have a worm count done at a vets or get a kit in the post.
