Mel (& Paul)
Any one watch it? I used to work with Alison, the curate - always knew working for our company would turn you to religion or alcahol (Alison and I strongly practice both )
Cinnamon
I missed it this week But we are planning to visit Boscastle in may, & are really looking forward to it Mel, where in Dorset are you? My Nan lives in Bridport........
Mel (& Paul)
Not far from Poole/Bournemouth area I love the Bridport area - we would love to live down that way, but as I work near Portsmouth it would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to drive to work
Mrs Frugal
My cousin is in Cranborne and my friend lives in Edmondsham in a picture postcard thatched cottage! My aunt's also down there in Barton on Sea!

Mrs Frugal
ooh, does your friend want to swap her cottage for a rather super bungalow Dorset is a GREAT place to live It's gorgeous Mel but I think it's a bit wee! Loads of land and a stream but only a couple of bedrooms. Idyllic if a bit compact . I'd swap tomorrow if I could and squish the boys into the barn outside instead!! Mel (& Paul)
Sounds FAB!!! exactly what I want - there are only the two of us and hey, who wants a huge house to clean. We are selling our house and looking to move and the important thing is the land - tell your friend to give me first refusal if she ever wants to sell
Mrs Blue Sky
Mel did you look at Hope Lodge Farm at Horton Heath? Me and Mr Blue Sky have nearly licked all the ink off the photo... about 4 acres... It was in Dorset Society posh-o mag that comes through the door. Mel (& Paul)
Probably way out of our price range Try not to look at any details unless we have someone round to look at our house - otherwise we just get into a false hope
Mrs Frugal
My friend spent quite a few years living in a caravan while she and her LSH did up the cottage virtually from scratch so I don't think she'd sell up just yet! It is gorgeous though - totally yummy!

Cinnamon
We will end up living down by you I should think Mel. Unless we win Euro Millions tonight, then it is straight off to Monaco
Mrs Blue Sky
Although it was in posh-o mag it looks like it needs a lot of work. Maybe a caravan in the garden job. Cob barns and a stream too. And near you. Go and look! Tell me all about it! HX
