Carol U Posted November 17, 2007 Share Posted November 17, 2007 I make sure they always have pellets in their grub and also give them treats late afternoon - mainly as a bribe to get them in! They also freerange for most of the day, so eat anything they can find in the garden. You'll find that their appetites increase dramatically when they start laying. Laura007 Posted November 17, 2007 Share Posted November 17, 2007 it does look sometimes like they never stop, but they only eat what they want. just fill up your feeder when it get low. sling them some treats from time to time. you know when they like something as you tend to get chickens flying up at you!!
