I sent in the tokens and cheque (it's for Rosie's Christmas pressie) on 2nd November and still haven't heard anything. I have called 3 times over the last week and left my mobile number on the voicemail each time... still no reply I have now just emailed via the main Yeo Valley site; hopefully they will take some responsibility and get back to me!
