joybelle Posted February 10, 2008 Share Posted February 10, 2008 My four omlet girls were laying really well at xmas and for two weeks into the new year,but now instead of getting three most days its down to only one or if lucky two. Confine them to the run until the afternoon so that they only eat pellets, and cut right back on the treats and now that Spring is here they should get going. chelsea Posted February 10, 2008 Share Posted February 10, 2008 Good advice from Eglutine, I cant really think of anything else to suggest. After the recent spell of dry sunny bright weather all my girls are now laying, including Ella who is my old girl whose just come through a moult laid an egg yesterday, so really with the longer daylight hours coming in your girls should really be laying regularly.
