elpolloloco!
Does anyone know if hens will eat the foliage or fruit on gooseberry bushes? We wan't to plant a couple this year but the only space available is the area where we let the hens free range. They have eaten Everything else in 'their' space! Christian
I would guess yes! They eat everything else. I wouldn't think the spikes would put them off either. Good luck!

Janty
Our hens broke into hubby's fruit cage and stripped the goosberry bushes and the raspberry canes, and the blackberries, etc. Then they snacked on the rhubarb.
